If you would like to return your order, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to info@gleamlenses.com and mention that you would like to return your contact lenses.
Please include the following details in your email:
– Your full name
– Order reference number
– Date of receipt
– Product details (color, type, etc.)
– Quantity you wish to return
You will receive an email from us with the return address and the amount eligible for refund.
Please send the products using a strong envelope or package, and ensure the return address is clearly written on the parcel.
Important: Gleam Lenses is not liable for lost return shipments.
Make sure to include your own details inside or on the return package so we can identify your return.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within a few working days to your original payment method.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– We only accept returns with a product value greater than €10.
– Returned products must be unopened, unused, clean, and in good condition.
– Products can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
