    1. Liability for Product Use

    Gleam Lenses is not liable for any damage resulting from the incorrect use or improper application of our products.
    By purchasing from Gleam Lenses, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the instructions for inserting, removing, and caring for contact lenses.

    2. Product Quality Guarantee

    Gleam Lenses guarantees that all products meet reasonable standards of quality, usability, and the specifications stated in the product description.

    3. Payments

    All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed between Gleam Lenses and the customer.

    4. Delivery & Order Processing

    Gleam Lenses will always handle the processing and fulfillment of orders with the utmost care.

    4.1 Delivery Address
    The delivery address is the residential address last provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

    4.2 Processing Time
    Accepted orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, generally within 10 working days.
    If an item is temporarily out of stock, delayed, or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be notified within 3 working days of placing the order.
    In such cases, the customer may cancel the order without any additional costs.
